You guys need to play at the Tin Fish in Fair Haven. Right now they have the "Planet of fun" band every wednesday on Tiki Night. But you guys are better.... Come check out wednesdays and see for yourself.

Hi boys. I will be in San Antonio over your big Kzoo weekend. Rob and I put in an honest effort a couple of weeks ago to meet up but the clock (and beer, etc.) got the best of us. ok. Why are you like not playing around here at any other February time. Hmmm... see you soon.

May News- Summer Tour and Cd Release Party
Hey Folks,
Hope everyone’s spring is off to a great start. April was another wild month for Lake Effect. The band hit a lot new places in the mitten and even made a trip down to Ohio for a rowdy night in Springfield . We made some friends at the Boathouse and we can’t wait to get back. And thanks to all of you who braved the record temperatures at Harvey ’s last Friday, yikes!!! It took three days to re-hydrate Mark, still waiting for the Gatorade deal to go through.
School is out and May is jam packed with stops at all of our favorite places and some new exciting ones to start our Summer Tour. Check the list below for a show near you. Were heading to Macomb , Detroit , Grand Rapids , Lansing and More..
And for the news you’ve all been waiting for the Album Release has been scheduled for June 21rst at the Majestic Theater!!!! The night is sure to be one to remember with winter/sessions and Covert Operations joining us for the show at one of Detroit ’s coolest venues. The show is all ages and tickets will be sold for $7 pre-show and $10 at the door. Contact your favorite band member for tickets. Tickets will also be sold all month at each one of our shows. We need to see all of your beautiful faces at this one so come on out and help us celebrate the biggest Lake Effect show yet!! Stayed tuned for more news on this summers tour, festivals and more news on the big CD release.
